Terms & Conditions

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over, ID check may be carried out.
• No single-sex bookings of 2 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted). 
• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only – bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Group bookings of 2 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No hen/stag parties permitted.
• Guests under the age of -1 are not allowed on site.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• No refunds or discounts for later arrivals or early departures. 
• No amends to bookings within 7 days of arrival. 
• Any damages are chargeable. 
• Full payment on booking. 
• No smoking permitted inside.
